Service Description

This teen group is for girls ages 14-18 who have experienced unhealthy or abusive relationships. Whether it's controlling behavior, digital abuse, or emotional manipulation- this space helps teens recognize red flags, build self-esteem, and understand what healthy love really looks like. Through interactive discussions, creative activities, and peer support, participants will learn to trust their voice, honor their boundaries, and break cycles before they begin.
